Each school year, state and federal laws require all California school districts to administer an annual English language assessment to students who have a background in a language other than English and are currently identified as English learners. The purpose of the English Language Proficiency Assessments for California, or ELPAC, is to assess and monitor the development of the students’ English proficiency in the skill areas of Listening, Speaking, Reading, and Writing. The ELPAC Summative Assessment will be administered at Greentree Elementary School in the Spring. EL Site Representative: Carrie Eaton
