SEPT 15 - DATA CONFIRMATION DUE!!

DATA CONFIRMATION OPENED MONDAY, AUGUST 14, 2023.

DATA CONFIRMATION MUST BE COMPLETE BY SEPT 15 FOR YOUR CHILD TO HAVE ACCESS TO CHROMEBOOKS TO TAKE HOME, AUTHORIZATIONS, ETC. 

One of the first things that needs to be completed by EVERY family, for each student, every year, is the online Data Confirmation. This is something that must be completed annually and has important information for you to read, approve, and update for your child(ren) for the 2023-2024 school year.

 Parents/Families will be uploading the Residency Affidavit and the Health Condition Form during the data confirmation instead of turning them in at the school sites.  Once the forms are uploaded, our school Office Assistant will approve them and let you know if any further is needed. If you don’t hear from the school office, you have met this requirement.
