Dear Parents,
The Halloween Hoedown is Greentree PTA’s ONLY Fall Fundraiser.
Presale closes at Noon (tomorrow) Thursday, October 25th. Please support our efforts to provide our school with much needed educational enrichment with your tax deductible donations to this event.
Please help by buying & selling raffle tickets even if you cannot attend.

• In Person Sales of wristbands and raffle tickets will be $12 each at the door and will end at 7:30pm on Friday, October 26th, 2018.
• Live Drawing will be held on stage at 8:15pm. Absentee winners will be called on the following Monday.

6:45 pm: Costume Contest
7:00 - 8:00 pm: Do-Wah Riders Live Band
8:15 pm: Raffle Prize Drawing

Presale cutoff time Thursday, October 25th - 12 noon
Event wristbands & meal tickets will be delivered to student’s classrooms on the day of the event - Friday, October 26th.
Presale Raffle Tickets will be automatically printed and added to our drawing bowl.
Please wear your wristbands to the event to be allowed entry & bring your meal tickets to redeem from 5:30-7:00pm.
Day of Event Ticket Sales:
Wristbands/Raffle Tickets & Meal Tickets will be available for purchase at the event from 5:30 - 7:00pm. $12/Ticket & $7/Meal. Cash, checks and credit cards will be accepted.
Top Fundraising Upper & Lower Grade Classrooms:
Prize: Golden VIP wristbands for upfront seating & special treat bags.
Classroom counts only include presale and will end at 12 Noon on Thursday, October 25th. To see our progress visit greentreepta.org/halloween-hoedown.
VIP wristbands & treat bags will be delivered to the winning Classrooms at the end of the day Friday, Oct 26th. Be sure VIP students wear both their admission wristband and VIP one to get in the event.
